Common questions
Will my buyers know they are not talking to my salesperson?
You decide how it introduces itself. Most customers run it as a named team member who handles coordination and passes commercial decisions to the account owner. What matters to the buyer is a fast, accurate reply.
What happens to my chat history?
Conversations build your register and teach it your terminology, and they belong to you. Export the full register anytime, or ask for your data to be deleted when you leave.
Can my salespeople switch it off?
Permissions are set by the owner. A salesperson can always take over instantly by replying — that's what Standby is for — but which contacts are covered stays your call.
Do I have to change how my team works?
No — that's the point. Same numbers, same inboxes, same phones. Nobody opens a new app or fills in a form.
What if it gets something wrong?
Entries are editable, and corrections teach it your market. Anything it's unsure about is flagged for a person, not guessed at — the underlying conversation is always one click away.
Which languages does it handle?
