Trade Assist helps trading businesses capture WhatsApp conversations, inquiries, quotes, and related records. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for the people you allow into your workspace, and for complying with WhatsApp, Meta, and applicable law when you message customers.
You must not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, unauthorized access, or anything that harms other users or the platform. WhatsApp remains subject to Meta’s terms; connecting a number does not transfer ownership of that number to Zapsight.
The product is provided as-is. We may change or pause features for maintenance or security. Either party may stop using the service at any time. After you leave, you can ask us to delete workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy.
